CALMAST – AD3

CALMAST – AD3 by A Dong Plastic is a calcium carbonate based additive masterbatch containing 78% of the effective substance in 24% PP carrier resin with some other additives. Acts as a filler. Offers higher heat resistance and flexural rigidity. Improves dimensional stability and printability on finished product's surface. Provides stiffness, high tensile strength, antislip properties, vertical tearing resistance and anti-fibrillation to PP yarn. Reduces cost of the finished products and increases the output. Recommended for injection molding, intrusion molding and blown film processes. Suitable for shopping and garbage bags, PP woven sack and sheets. Compatible with PP, LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE. Addition ratio ranges from 5% to 40% by weight depending on the specific product and adjusted based on specific production and technology conditions.
