POLYBATCH® AMF 3000

POLYBATCH® AMF 3000 by LyondellBasell is a processing aid masterbatch. It exhibits an exceptional performance in processing high viscosity and high molecular weight, which results in articles with superior gloss and improved quality. It appears as a natural color or white pellets. It is particularly suitable for eliminating die build-up in high temperature cast film production or sheet production because of its resistance to high temperature. It is especially recommended for the extrusion of fractional melt index resins of LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE. POLYBATCH® AMF 3000 is applicable for extrusion processes like (blown & cast film, sheet, profile and pipe), blow molding, injection stretch blow molding as well as for wire & cable extrusion.
