POLYBATCH® AMF 707

POLYBATCH® AMF 707 by LyondellBasell is a processing aid concentrate containing 2.5% of fluoropolymer polyethylene based. It is compatible to be used together with UV stabilizers type HALS. It improves the processability of polyolefins as it covers internally the surfaces of metal extrusion equipment (barrel and dice) which allows the polymer flow more easily. It reduces and eliminates fracture of melt, shark skin or skin orange. It reduces injection cycles and improves the surface brightness of injected pieces. It is compatible with pigmented polyolefin and natural LLDPE, mLLDPE, HDPE and PP. POLYBATCH® AMF 707 can be used in applications with direct contact with food up to 5%.
