POLYBATCH® AMF 714

POLYBATCH® AMF 714 by LyondellBasell is a process aid concentrate containing 2.5% of fluoropolymer polyethylene based. The fluoropolymer coats the die and barrel metal surfaces which result in the improved smoother processing of polyolefins. It reduces the melt fracture observed to occur at the film/die interface. It also reduces the injection cycles and improves the brightness of the products. It is also recommended to improve polyolefin's processing by lowering the torque of the extruder often permitting increased running rates. It contains fluoropolymer that do not interfere with HALS so can be used in agricultural films. POLYBATCH® AMF 714 allows the temperature profile reduction in extrusion processes.
