POLYBATCH® AR 1168 by LyondellBasell is a powerful desiccant masterbatch. It is used in applications where the absence of any moisture is essential.

It contains a high percentage of desiccant in an LDPE carrier.
During processing, damp polymer becomes porous and when associated with moisture, film exhibits the typical teardrop/window effect.
During transport and storage, polyolefins containing carbon black or other fillers pick up the moisture hence, POLYBATCH® AR 1168 is the simplest and most economical way to solve moisture problems.
