POLYBATCH® FSU 1163

POLYBATCH® FSU 1163 by LyondellBasell is a slip/antiblock masterbatch. It is a blend of superamide and silica. It has much slower speed of migration compared to regular slip/antiblock masterbatch containing erucamide. This grade provides better wetting tension for ink adhesion, better sealability during in-line operations and slower low-coefficient of friction development. It is compatible with LDPE and LLDPE. It can withstand processing temperature over 300°C without decomposition. POLYBATCH® FSU 1163 is suitable for extrusion coating and cast film applications. It is FDA and EEC recognized.
