POLYBATCH® LCC 80 W

POLYBATCH® LCC 80 W by LyondellBasell is a calcium carbonate-based slip/antiblock and delustring agent masterbatch. This additive provides less blocking and better slip properties as well as better bubble stability resulting in increased output especially with LLDPE. It offers improved falling dart impact strength, whiteness, easier printing, cleaner extruders, faster heat sealing through better thermal conductivity and higher stiffness. It is compatible with EVA, PP, HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE. POLYBATCH® LCC 80 W is used in blown film, food packaging and agriculture tunnel film (70-100 micron) applications. Its recommended dosage rate is 15% to reduce shrink time by 20% for 150 micron and 2-3% in PP stretched tapes as antifibrilating agent. It is FDA and EEC recognized.
