POLYBATCH® M 65

POLYBATCH® M 65 by LyondellBasell is a natural pure amorphous silica based antiblock masterbatch. It is less abrasive to processing unit. It provides high whiteness resulting clearer films and has narrow particle size distribution for less screen-pack plugging. It is compatible with EVA, LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE or HDPE and PO elastomer. POLYBATCH® M 65 is used in blown film applications. It can be used on film lines with a good compounding screw. Its recommended dosage rate is 2% for 50 micron film, 2 to 0.7% & 0.6-0.2 % for 30-150 micron respectively. It is FDA recognized, EEC and Bgvv approved for upto 0.9% dosage level.
