POLYBATCH® NA 10942

POLYBATCH® NA 10942 by LyondellBasell is a clarifying masterbatch based in homopolymer polypropylene. It exhibits transparency, gloss enhanced clarity and exceptional nucleation capability. It is stable at high processing temperatures. It can also improve injection molding cycle times. POLYBATCH® NA 10942 is compatible with PP block copolymer, PP homopolymer and PP random copolymer. It is used in calendering, cast film, blow molding (IBM, EBM, ISBM), oriented flat film and sheet extrusion applications. Its recommended typical let down ratio for high clarity application is 97/3 (97 parts of PP to 3 parts of concentrate) 3000ppm and 500-1500 ppm for opaque applications. It can be used for food packaging applications according to FDA and EEC at max 4% addition level.
