POLYBATCH® RA 295

POLYBATCH® RA 295 by LyondellBasell is a masterbatch. It eliminates the sticking of the plastic film to the film of the packed material like in collation packs and valve sacks, during the thermal shrinking process. It is sealed between a hot and cold sealing bar to another LDPE film of 150 micron without masterbatch. It is compatible with LDPE and LLDPE. POLYBATCH® RA 295 is used in PE shrink-hoods and blown film applications. It is effective in film exceeding 100 micron. Its recommended dosage rate is 3-4% in LDPE films for an antifusion effect without adversely affecting sealing properties. It is FDA recognized.
