POLYBATCH® VLA 66

POLYBATCH® VLA 66 by LyondellBasell is a long-lasting antistatic agent masterbatch. It eliminates static charges during processing and end-use applications. It adds little to the slip properties of the base resin. It provides excellent migration of the antistatic agent and a non-sticky surface during longtime storage between 20 and 30°C. It is compatible with LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE. POLYBATCH® VLA 66 is recommended for use in cast and blown films applications. It is used for the production of anti-static heavy-duty bags. Its recommended dosage rate is 1-5%. It is FDA recognized and has BgVV clearance upto 3% by weight for non-fatty foodstuffs.
