POLYBATCH® VLA 96

POLYBATCH® VLA 96 by LyondellBasell is an antistatic agent masterbatch. It is compatible with LDPE, HDPE, m-LLDPE and LLDPE. It is recommended for use in injection stretch blow molding, sheet extrusion, cast and blown films applications. It is used for the production of articles made by sheet extrusion of block copolymer PP and by extrusion blow molding of HDPE containers. Its recommended dosage rate is 4% for 300 micron sheets that were vacuumformed into cups as well as for bottle grade HDPE. POLYBATCH® VLA 96 can be used in polyolefin packaging with food contact upto 10% according to FDA.
