POLYBATCH® XNAP 9525

POLYBATCH® XNAP 9525 by LyondellBasell is an advanced performance nucleating and clarifying masterbatch in homopolymer polypropylene resin carrier. It efficiently increases the rate of crystallization. It exhibits increased transparency, gloss, flexural modulus, heat deflection temperature, high thermal stability and low cast roll plate out. It also improves injection molding cycle times. POLYBATCH® XNAP 9525 provides excellent mechanical and optical properties in injection molding applications. Its recommended dosage rate is 1-4% to optimize clarity, gloss, smoothness or increase stiffness. It is FDA recognized.
