Andisil® MOH 10,000

Andisil® MOH 10,000 by AB Specialty Silicones is useful in the treatment of fillers and as an anti-structuring additive in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. It is a silanol functional fluid. It has excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. The curing can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. alkoxy-, oxime- and acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts—the use of dibutyltin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for this reaction. It is pure and does not contain any plasticizers or additives. Andisil® MOH 10,000 has a shelf life of 12 months.
