ADD-VANCE® SA 390 (formerly: ADD-SLIP 390)

Silicon formulated slip masterbatch with 30% active ingredients in polypropylene. It reduces friction between polymers and production equipment during processing. It is highly effective even at low dosing rates. ADD-VANCE® SA 390 forms a thin film on the surfaces of finished products to provides slip and anti-blocking performance. It reduces waste production and energy consumption but improves processing, flow, demolding and product release. It is environment friendly and exhibits scratch resistance improvement for soft polymers such as TPO. Imparts processing improvements and modified surface characteristics for extruded and injection molded articles made from polyolefin, polyester, and other polymers. Used in films, sheets, garden furniture, automotive compounds, compounding / compounds with high mineral filler loadings. Recommended dosage level is 0.2-8%.
