ADD-VANCE® THC 831 (formerly: ADD-VANCE ® 831)

PP based combi-masterbatch with heat stabilizers, carbon black and coupling agent. The non-blooming additives in combination with new coupling agent technology results in very low smell, low VOC and low emissions in general. Has good fiber-matrix interface due to the use of an efficient PRIEX® coupling agent. It offers an excellent long term heat aging performance to achieve Daimler requirements (minimum achievement 1000 hours @ 120°C applying 2.2% dosing level on PP). ADD-VANCE® THC 831 (formerly: ADD-VANCE ® 831) provides excellent mechanical properties after heat aging @120°C. Exhibits easy processing, low overall additivation costs and good gluing properties. Recommended for producing long fiber reinforced polypropylene for LFT processes. Can also be used for automotive interior applications like dashboard carriers, door modules, etc.
