ADD-VANCE® AS 4030 (formerly: ACH B 4030-38 (30%))

PP based anti-static masterbatch with additive concentartion of 28-32 wt%. It offers a prolonged protection against dust attraction as well as other inconveniences caused by electrostatic charging. Exhibits good cost economy along with excellent de-molding properties for injection molded products. ADD-VANCE® AS 4030 provides surface resistance of less than 1011 ohm within 24 hours @ 1% dosing rate. Recommended for thermoformed and injection molded PP products such as containers. Can also be used in sheets, tapes, yarns, fibers, food packaging and household products. The typical dosing level is 0.4-1.5%.
