LOWINOX® 22M46 stabilizer

LOWINOX® 22M46 stabilizer by SI Group is phenolic antioxidant. It is used for synthetic rubbers and latexes by providing resistance against heat and oxygen. It has no tendency for blooming to occur during vulcanization. The purely white vulcanizates containing this stabilizer results in the formation of a pink tint which is masked in light colored compounds. It possesses insignificant volatility with the absence of migration. It is compatible with polyoxymethylene (POM) and ABS. When it is used with thio fatty acids esters or organic phosphites it forms synergistic systems with visibly increased effectiveness. LOWINOX® 22M46 stabilizer in light colored vulcanizates retards the crazing effect caused by exposure to light. This non-coloring antioxidant is food contact approved. The shelf life of the product is 1 year.
