POLYBOND® 3002 polymer modifier by SI Group acts as a coupling agent for glass-filled-, mineral-filled- and cellulose fiber filled polypropylene. This additive offers improved strength and impact properties. POLYBOND® 3002 polymer modifier also acts as a compatibilizer for blends of recycled nylon and polypropylene which gives enhanced hydrolytic stability as well as strength properties. It’s tie-layer provides improved compatibility between multilayer polar and non-polar materials. This additive offers low functionality and high viscosity allowing use with processing equipment which does not have low feed rate capability. It is FDA approved.
