AKPEROX ER34

AKPEROX ER34 by AKPA Kimya is blend of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and acetyl acetone peroxide. It is recommended for the cure of unsaturated polyester resins at room temperature in combination with a cobalt accelerator. It can be used in continuous manufacturing applications at high production speed such as lamination, RTM, centrifugal casting & filament winding. It offers faster curing speed in comparison with AKPEROX A50. It provides similar gel time with AKPEROX A50.It is suitable for the production of pipe. The shelf life of AKPEROX ER34 is 3 months. It complies with REACH regulation EC No 1907/2006, regulation EC No 1272/2008 and commission regulation EU No 2015/830.
