Accelerator ZDBCX

Accelerator ZDBCX by Akrochem is an ultra-accelerator which is active at room temperature. It is also activated by Z.I.X. and used as a booster for thiazoles.

It exhibits very good low-temperature accelerator, milled in without decomposition, extruded without scorch, cured in hot air at relatively low temperature in milled natural rubber.
Accelerator ZDBCX acts as a satisfactory accelerator system for curing translucent SBR compounds for e.g. footwear soles, consist of ZDBCX with a sulphenamide or a thiazole.
Recommended dosage level is NR is 1.25 phr ZDBCX with 2.25 phr sulfur, in SBR is 1.0 phr ZDBCX with 0.75 phr CBTS.
