Antioxidant 1076 by Akrochem is a non-staining, high molecular weight, hindered phenolic antioxidant. It imparts excellent heat stability and color retention, with good compatibility and low extractability, due to its low volatility. In plastics, it offers excellent antioxidant performance in polyethylene, polystyrene, polyacetal, PVC, polycarbonate, polyester, polymethyl-pentene, AS- and methacrylic resin. Antioxidant 1076 finds application in SBR, EPR, EPDM, polybutadiene, neoprene, nitrile, polyisoprene, latex, TPR's and hot melts. Recommended dosage level is 0.02-0.5% by weight.
