Akrochem® Peptizer E-19204

Akrochem® Peptizer E-19204 by Akrochem is aryl amine hydrocarbon mixture-based peptizer used in rubber products. It acts as a chloroprene processing aid, that lowers viscosity during processing without lowering the durometer of the cured stock and without any significant effect on rate of cure. It improves shelf aging of the uncured chloroprene and scorch resistance. Akrochem® Peptizer E-19204 in combination with mercapto-modified polychloroprene (“M” or “W” types), prevents crystallization and enhances permanent set.
