Akroform® CTP-75/EPR/P

Akroform® CTP-75/EPR/P by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of N-(cyclohexylthio) phthalimide. It is a masterbatch and potent retarder for sulfur cured elastomers. It exhibits highest efficiency with sulfenamide type accelerators. It contains ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) as a binder. It eliminates irritating dust and other potential hazards in handling powder in plants, when encapsulated with chemical dispersion. Akroform® CTP-75/EPR/P shows better uniformity of the mix at lowering processing temperature. Recommended dosage of non-blooming is approximately 0.4 phr active CTP (0.53 phr CTP-75).
