Akrosperse® DDPH-50/EPR/S

Akrosperse® DDPH-50/EPR/S by Akrochem is a 50% active dispersion of liquid di-alkyl peroxide in an ethylene-propylene copolymer binder. It is a masterbatch and acts as a catalyst used for cross-linking a variety of synthetic- and natural rubbers. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. It is suitable for EPR, EPDM, EVA, NBR, PVC, SBR, polychloroprene, polyurethane, chlorosulphonated polyethylene and silicone rubbers. Akrosperse® DDPH-50/EPR/S has recommended typical dosage level is 1-10 phr, depending on polymer type and filler loadings.
