Akrosperse® ZnO/CN-80/NBR/S

Akrosperse® ZnO/CN-80/NBR/S by Akrochem is a polymeric dispersion of specially-treated zinc oxide. It is designed to improve scorch time in carboxylated nitriles. This masterbatch contains NBR as a binder. It provides higher state-of-cure than ZP-1014 which translates into high modulus and enhances abrasion resistance and lower compression set. It is easy to handle polymer-bound dispersion providing better uniformity of mix at low temperature, upgrade plant safety and quality. Akrosperse® ZnO/CN-80/NBR/S shows better uniformity of the mix at lower process temperatures. Recommended dosage level is 6.25 phr.
