Antioxidant 1010 (Akrochem)

Antioxidant 1010 by Akrochem is a non-staining, high molecular weight, hindered phenolic antioxidant. It imparts excellent heat stability and color retention, with good compatibility and low extractability, due to its low volatility. In plastics, it offers excellent antioxidant performance in PE, PS, PA, PVC, PC, polyester, polymethyl pentene and methacrylic- and AS resin. It complies with FDA and can be used with peroxide cures due to minimal cure interference. Antioxidant 1010 is designed for hot melts, latex, TPR’s, SBR, EPR, EPDM, polybutadiene, neoprene, nitrile, polyisoprene and synthetic rubbers. Recommended dosage level is 0.02-0.50% by weight.
