Mansil® 125G

Mansil® 125G by Akrochem is an amorphous, precipitated silica used as a reinforcing filler in synthetic- and natural rubber compounding. It imparts hardness, tensile strength, abrasion and tear resistance. This spray-dried filler possesses faster incorporation time and less viscosity build-up while maintain excellent dispersion. It can be used in combination with carbon black and as primary filler for mechanical rubber goods. In tire applications, it improves rolling resistance, flex fatigue and traction. Mansil® 125G provides green strength and translucence in the formation of shoe sole compounds. Recommended level for preparing lightly loaded compounds is 5-20 phr and oil extended compound is 75-100 phr.
