Proaid® Plus

Proaid® Plus by Akrochem is a blend of fatty acid esters and selected waxes designed to acts as a processing aid for polymers. It enhances the dispersion of fillers during mixing and flow characteristics in injection and extrusion equipment. It improves mold filling, cured part finishes and release from molds, mills and internal mixers. Proaid® Plus reduces compound viscosity and mold fouling without affecting cured physical properties. It complies with FDA for food contact. Recommended dosage level is 1-4 phr depending on the polymer and process.
