Armostat® 1000-L60 pastilles by AkzoNobel is a mixture of mono and diglycerides of fatty acids. Act as an antistatic agent, anti-block agent and slip agent. It shows uniform particle size, providing excellent flow behavior, enabling easy dosing and mixing. It is a very fast migrating additive and due to that gives almost instantaneous antistatic performance. Armostat® 1000-L60 pastilles provides slip and anti-block effect. It has a positive effect on the flow and mold release. Compatible with crosslinked chlorinated PE, crosslinked EPDM, crosslinked EVA, crosslinked floro-elastomers, crosslinked PBD rubber, crosslinked polyethylene, EVA, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, polypropylene (PP). Armostat® 1000-L60 pastilles is used in electronics, rubber vulcanization, wire and cable. Recommended dosage for polyolefins films is 0.05-0.2% and for polyolefins molded articles is 0.1-1%. It is listed on TSCA.
