2,6-Di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol. Used as a inhibitor. Can be used in elevated and high temperatures cure system for lengthening shelf life of a SMC and BMC as well as pot life of a mixture UP resin/peroxide at ambient temperatures. Possesses very effective at ambient temperature but hardly shows any influence on the cure at elevated and high temperatures.
