Zinc Stearate(Alfa Chemistry)

Zinc Stearate(Alfa Chemistry) by Alfa Chemistry is a release agent for the production of many kinds of objects rubber, polyurethane, polyester processing system and powder metallurgy which exploits its non-stick properties. It acts as a halogen/acid scavenger, activator and lubricant for plastics.

• Exhibits very good lubricity for PS applications, good clarity and weatherability.
• Provides very good synergistic effects when used with Ca and epoxy stabilizers.
• It has very low moisture and free acid content.
• Zinc Stearate(Alfa Chemistry) is used in PVC films, sheets, polyolefin stabilization, rubber mold release lubricant and dispersion aid.
• It is also primarily used in pharmaceutical formulations at concentrations up to 1.5% w/w.
