Calcium carbonate based additive masterbatch containing 70% of the effective substance in PP carrier resin. Acts as a filler. Largely decreases production cost and molding time. Improves thermal resistance, rigidity and tightness property, surface anti-friction, anti-slip, surface printing and heat conduction property. It contains high concentration of pigment with bright colors. When they are used in resins, they exhibit finest dispersing and stability performance. Recommended for household electronics, toys, sports equipments, housewares, packing materials, wire and cable, vehicles, building materials and others. Compatible with PE, PP, ABS , PS, EVA, PVC, AS, PET, PBT, PA, PC . Suitable for injection molding. The recommended dosage rate is 20-30%.
