Process Aid Masterbatch 1000400-E by Ampacet is designed to ease the process of manufacturing blown films in the presence of light stabilizers (HALS) for outdoor use. It demonstrates minimized interactions with various UV HALS stabilizers, keeping an excellent behavior in terms of limitation of die build-up generation and shark skin suppression. Process Aid Masterbatch 1000400-E is approved for food contact applications in Europe and US. It is used at 1.8% with 4000 ppm of HALS in LLDPE extrudate. It has a shelf-life of 18 months.
