Luperox® 231 MG40

Luperox® 231 MG40 by Arkema is a free flowing powder with EPDM and silica. It shows favorably low dispersion time and even dispersion in the polymer matrix which is accompanied by a safe and dust free manipulation. However, the compatibility between the polymer used in the compound and the EPM of the masterbatch needs to be verified. It provides low kick-off temperature (faster cure), acceptable crosslinking efficiency, tolerable odor and low temperature processing (scorch). It is efficient in double bond containing polymers.
