Flexidone™ 300

Flexidone™ 300 by Ashland Specialty Chemical is a plasticizer. It dissolves PVC at low temperatures quickly and completely. This product reduces dry blend times significantly. It decreases gelling temperature in plastisol production without compromising viscosity. Flexidone™ 300 facilitates fast gelling and provides high flexibility at extremely low temperatures (up to -70°C). It exhibits very low volatility and low plasticizer loss at high temperatures. It enhances clarity and transparency and enables high filler load. Recommended for vinyl flooring, carpet backing, roofing membrane, coated textiles, cable sheathing, refrigerator as well as window gaskets, hoses, pond liners, tarpaulins, sheets, bath mats and shower curtains. Also, used in artificial leather and shoe soles applications.
