avanSTATIC plast by Avanzare Innovacion Tecnologica is an anti-static agent. It is specially developed for not so high polar rubber types such as SBR/NBR combinations and mixtures of SBR. avanSTATIC plast is non-toxic and cost effective. It already contains an optimized plasticizer so it is easier to apply. Below 3 Mohms can be obtained with concentration levels of 12-6 phr. Suitable for colored or transparent epichlorohydrine rubber (ECO), chloroprene CR, chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) rubber, butadiene rubber (BR) antistatic/ESD formulations. Recommended dosage level is 4-10 phr, in NBR is 7 phr and in SBR is 12 phr. avanSTATIC plast can be stored unopened in its original packaging for at least 12 months without losing its properties.
