avanSTATIC rubber

avanSTATIC rubber by Avanzare Innovacion Tecnologica is an anti-static agent. It is specially designed for its integration in nitrile butadiene rubber, NBR. It is easy to disperse and integrate in each formula. avanSTATIC rubber is non-toxic and cost effective. To optimize its results, applying polar element in formulation is recommended. As this application has SiO2, a small addition of polyethylene glycol may be necessary to adjust vulcanizing times. It is extremely effective and very low concentration levels are required. It already contains an optimized plasticizer so it is easier to apply. Suitable for colored or transparent epichlorohydrine rubber (ECO), chloroprene CR, chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) rubber, butadiene rubber (BR) antistatic/ESD formulations. It is not recommended for extrusion processes. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-6 phr, in NBR is 2 phr and in SBR is 7 phr. It can be stored unopened in its original packaging for at least 12 months without losing its properties.
