CESA™ block1101

CESA™ block1101 by Avient is an antiblocking masterbatch. It contains effective active substance in LDPE, EVA and PP carrier. It modifies the surface characteristic, reduces the coefficient of friction and prevents self adhesion of plastic film or sheet. It provides very good dispersion, optical properties and efficient antiblocking effects. It is highly recommended for LDPE film extrusion for more than 30 microns. It is also recommended for LDPE, EVA and PP film extrusion. It is suitable for polyolefin film and polyester sheets used in food packaging. The dosage level of the grade is CESA™ block1101 is 0.5-1 %.
