CESA™ block1102

CESA™ block1102 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an anti-blocking masterbatch containing effective active substance in an LDPE and EVA carrier. It has small particle size and good dispersion which make it suitable for thin gauze application. It modifies the surface characteristic, reduces the coefficient of friction and prevents self adhesion of plastic film or sheet. CESA™ block1102 provides very good dispersion, optical properties and efficient anti-blocking effects. Its typical applications include polyolefin film and polyester sheets used in food packaging. It is highly recommended for LDPE (less than 30 microns) and EVA film extrusion. It is also recommended for LDPE film extrusion for more than 30 microns. CESA™ block1102 has a dosage level is 0.5-2 %.
