ColorMatrix™ Ultimate™ UV390 Light Barrier by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a UV absorber with broadband protection to extend shelf life with no negative impact on the recycling stream.

It can degrade some colored dyes in plastics and can cause reactions in UV sensitive food & beverages that result in changes in taste, odor & texture.
Provides an effective UV barrier allowing less than 10% UV light transmission up to 395nm-the edge of the visible spectrum.
Used in personal care and home cleaning products packaged in a wide range of thicknesses of PET containers.
Offers good clarity & recyclability, optimized product protection, brand assurance and global formulations.
ColorMatrix™ Ultimate™ UV390 Light Barrier is suitable for use under EU and FDA food contact legislation.
