MoldWiz® 250SL/55NC

Proprietary resin emulsion of polyolefins and organic fatty acids in combination with wetting agents and surfactant in a water vehicle. Liquid external release agent. It dries at room temperature forming a mono-molecular film which adheres by adsorption to the mold surface and has no affinity for the molded resin. This selective adhesion prevents the film from being easily abraded by the molded part. Numerous de-moldings per application of release agent can be expected without any necessity for washing the parts. The release will not interfere with secondary finishing operations such as decorating, bonding or painting. It has a shelf life of minimum one year. Ideally used for custom marble molders who sprays on gel coats along with the cultured marble, polyester and vinyl ester resin. It has a shelf life of minimum one year.
