MoldWiz® AMP-50

Water-based. A water-based and water-soluble concentrate with 50% solids. Used for releasing decorative laminates, particle board and wood profiles. Increases melt flow index/reduces resin viscosity. Faster cycles. Easy mold release. Improves dispersion of color and filler. Easy cavity fill. Better wetting of reinforcements. Eliminates stress and flow marks. Improves cosmetics surfaces. Clean parts, ready for finishing. An effective addition of an internal lubricant will not have an adverse effect on the physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding or plating.
