MoldWiz® EM-1212SF2

MoldWiz® EM-1212SF2 by Axel is a proprietary resin emulsion of polyolefins and fluoropolymer in combination with wetting agents and surfactants in a water vehicle. Water-based external release agent which exhibits anti-rusting properties. Dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film that adheres by absorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demolding per release applications. MoldWiz® EM-1212SF2 does not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting. It has a shelf life of a minimum of one year.
