A film-forming barrier release agent in a water / alcohol carrier. The film transfers to the molded part, becoming an integral part of the molded piece and will not interfere with bonding, painting or staining. Application: Spray or brush. Increases melt flow index/reduces resin viscosity. Faster cycles. Easy mold release. Improves dispersion of color and filler. Easy cavity fill. Better wetting of reinforcements. Eliminates stress and flow marks. Improves cosmetics surfaces. Clean parts, ready for finishing. An effective addition of an internal lubricant will not have an adverse effect on the physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding or plating.
