Proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids, esters, alkanes and alkanols. It acts as a non-silicone processing aid. It increases the flow characteristics and lubricating qualities of the rubber formulation without affecting it’s mechanical properties. It has a solid form of viscosity and appears an off white in color. It is used in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time. Also used in silicone rubber, fluoro-rubbers, polyacrylates, chlorosulfonated, PE, epichlorohydrin, high styrene rubbers and EPDM. There is no exudation or deterioration after prolonged storage. There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations. It has a shelf life of minimum one year.
