MoldWiz® INT-1681/OG

MoldWiz® INT-1681/OG is a proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids, esters and amine combined with wetting agents. It acts as a processing aid with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. It is used in polyurea based polyurethane systems. An effective addition of it, will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. The complex polymeric nature of this will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding or plating. It has a shelf life of minimum one year but the water-clear appearance may be shortened by storage above 25ºC temperatures.
