MoldWiz® INT-PA33FRK

MoldWiz® INT-PA33FRK is a proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids and esters combined with wetting agents. It acts as a processing aid, antistatic agent and dispersing agent. It is incorporated directly into the resin. It eliminates the need for an external mold release agent. It improves resin flow, dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements and fillers), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines. It also reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding or plating. It has a shelf life of minimum one year.
