MoldWiz® INT-PUL-34

MoldWiz® INT-PUL-34 by Axel is a proprietary synergistic blend of organic fatty acids, esters and amine neutralizing agents. It acts as a processing aid. It aims at higher pulling speeds and reduced pull loads. It improves wet out of fiber, fillers and resin flow along with the physical properties of the profile. It is used for polyester, vinyl ester and pultrusion. It is especially recommended for higher filler loadings, including ATH. It is designed specifically for pultrusion applications. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding or plating. MoldWiz® INT-PUL-34 has a shelf life of minimum one year.
