Baerolub EW 6050

Baerolub EW 6050 by Baerlocher is an Off-white to tan colored prills or pastilles. High quality proprietary lubricant blend. Acts as a very good lubricant and a processing aid designed specifically for the extrusion of wood and other highly filled plastic composites. Available in prills or pastilles form (both free flowing forms by nature), depending on the blending or feeding requirements. Prilled form suited for blending and compounding with the resin, filler and other additive components, and pastille form, non-dusting, suitable for processes where lubricant is dosed independently of any other ingredients or where the plastic, filler and other additives are precompounded. Exhibits high throughput with no reduction in mechanical properties of composite material. Baerolub EW 6050 Offers good quality consistent chemical and physical properties. Used for polyolefins mainly polyethylene and polypropylene.
